The Wakeman Consulting Group partners with organizations to achieve dramatic improvements in performance. We have worked with some of the biggest companies in the world such as American Express, Marriott, Best Buy, and Microsoft. In the public sector we have worked with the US Department of Commerce, the US Bureau of the Census, and the City of New York. Our work extends into the political world with MoveOn, Obama for America, the AFL-CIO, and the San Diego Labor Council. We have also worked with non-profits such as Stand Up For Kids, Back On My Feet, and the American Red Cross.

Our work is collaborative in nature and our end goal is to transfer skills to the client. We are focused on achieving specific, measurable goals that leave our clients in a better position than before we worked together.

Through our work, we have found that success usually requires investments in people, systems, and structures. Often, this doesn’t require additional investments in personnel, but a renewed focus on using the people and resources at hand in a more efficient and effective manner.

We have developed and led a series of workshops and classes to engage and create community leadership on issues surrounding leadership, communications, and ethics. These workshops were presented and helped organization establish a larger base in the New York City area, which enabled them to expand their reach with in the community.
