Step One: Discuss and identify your program needs with a dedicated Next Level Account Executive.
Step Two: Generate a request for proposal and explore a variety of hotels that meet your needs.
Step Three: Provide recommendations along with a comprehensive site selection analysis from various venues/hotels.
Step Four: Negotiate on your behalf to secure a contract with your selected vendor.
Our site selection service is complimentary to our clients. Next Level is compensated by a placement fee by the hotel.

A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Ms. Myrlin Young began her career in the events industry in 2000 with the Association for Fundraising Professionals in Alexandria, VA. In 2007, she became an independent consultant with Mance & Associates providing site selection and meeting services for a number of non-profit, corporate, and government clients. While serving as the lead planner and overall operations manager for more than 40 highly visible Mance & Associates meetings, she managed top-tier speaking events featuring Former President, Bill Clinton and Former Mayor of New York City, Rudy Giuliani. Ms. Young is highly-experienced in coordinating with speaker bureaus and vendors for seamless execution. Additionally, she is skilled in developing and implementing large budgets and meeting budget parameters through cost-effective contract negotiations and strong vendor relationships.
Ms. Young has coordinated and executed all event logistics while affiliated with such associations as Network of Latino Meeting Professionals, Equal Justice Works, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the National Black Law Students Association, affording her a wealth of experience.
Her passion for creating memorable events led to the founding of Next Level Site Selection & Events in 2011. In 2014, she expanded Next Level to in encompass numerous additional services including, but not limited to, association management and grant writing. To this day, Ms. Young continues to provide seamless service to her clients.
In addition to pursuing a CAE (Certified Association Executive), Ms. Young is certified by the American Business Institute and has an Associates Degree in Business from Mercy College. Her affiliations include membership in the Association of Meeting Professionals (AMP) since 2003, the National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners (NCBMP) since 2004, and the American Society of Association Executive’s (ASAE) since 2011.
