When we started, we had 30 employees, $20 million in revenues and the dream of our father. Today, we have more than 160 employees, gross revenues of more than $80 million, managed meeting and event spend of more than $140 million, and are equipped with more wisdom and experience.

Our meeting services team averages more than 13 years’ experience, many hold certifications to include CMP, CMP-HC, CIS, CTE, CPM, CRP and SMMC, speak multiple languages, serve on advisory boards, participate on speaker panels, and belong to industry organizations. Technology Leaders – We are early adopters and innovators in meeting management technology solutions. Our team is versed in multiple registration systems. We migrated from StarCite to Cvent as our preferred tool because of its robust reporting capabilities, user-interface and continuous stream of functionality enhancements benefitting our clients. We were one of the first companies to introduce mobile apps for events and soon afterward developed internal capabilities to provide more streamlined and cost effective options. For our SMM clients, we offer a web-based branded meetings portal to easily register meetings, house useful reference information, and provide consolidated reporting.
