At Joshua’s, we start by creating unique menus that define each event. But that’s only getting started. Although we view the food as our main event, there are an array of services we provide our clients that form our “supporting cast” of services.
Great food tastes best when served by great staff. Our chefs, bartenders, servers and event managers are true professionals – well trained, stylishly attired, and, most importantly, love to work our events. Whether you need one server to help you with a small intimate dinner party or a full event team to set up and serve 250 guests at your wedding reception, we can meet all of your staffing needs.
Event Planning and Coordination
Event planning and coordination are an integral part of our catering services. We have wonderful partners in all areas of the events industry and can recommend venues, florists and décor consultants, photographers and videographers, lighting, valet parking, music, and rental companies, just to name a few.
If you have already selected your event vendors, we will reach out to them, introduce ourselves, and work collaboratively with them so that we have all the details and logistics properly coordinated for a smooth flow from the beginning to the end of your event.
Tableware and Linens
Our pricing typically includes not only the staff, but also the “rentals” – china, glassware, utensils, linens, and serving ware. We offer a variety of contemporary and traditional tableware and a wide range of white, ivory, and colorful linens. Need help with colors, styles, layout, or flow for your event?
